My favorite meditation: “I am calm, centered and balanced.” its worked wonders!
For this event, “Chill — its good for you”, members will participate in a workshop where we will learn about meditation and mindfulness.
The Intro to Mindfulness session is structured the following way:
The first 15 minutes the instructor will provide a high-level introduction to meditation and its benefits as well as explain the neuroscience supporting it as a wellness practice
The instructor will then guide participants through a 25-30 minute meditation
The last 15 minutes will be used for Q+A
